Join us as we dive into the exciting world of Champagne & Sparkling Wine. Rosie Kasper-Bennett, Certified Sommelier, will take you on a fun and educational wine tasting journey to experience a selection of fine International and local Sparkling Wines. We will be tasting four magnificent examples. You will learn about the history of Champagne, the laborious technique behind the world’s finest tiny bubbles, as well as grape varieties, different styles, aromas and flavors of Champagne and Sparkling Wines. 

Delicious bubbles are produced in all of the world’s great winemaking regions. It's easy to incorporate these wines into an elegant breakfast, casual brunch or a festive dinner.

Novices and wine lovers will gain a broader understanding and appreciation of these fine wines, and aficionados will have their passion filled.
