Explore exquisite Wines from Historical Vintage Wineries in Sonoma County (in person)
This is a tribute to Sonoma County’s long-standing family-owned and operated wineries, whose dedication has shaped the region’s world-class wine industry. These pioneering families have persevered through challenges like Prohibition and the Phylloxera infestation, maintaining an enduring agricultural legacy for over a century.
Wine lovers want to drink joyful wine that reassures, and entails telling the entire story behind the label. Wine has always been about emotions and the connection to the senses. Wine continues to be the beverage of community, human connection and celebration, and brings an added layer of meaning to our relationships. Each sip embodies what makes Sonoma County so exciting!
Rosie Kasper-Bennett, Certified Sommelier, will take you on a fun and educational Sonoma County wine tasting journey. Come join this exciting and informative class where you’ll taste two whites, and two red wines she has personally selected. With a bit of luck there might be an additional wine presented. You will learn about the wines, the interesting stories behind these labels, how to taste them, what to pair the wines with, and ultimately what makes them so delicious.
